Took a while for the repair.. Ok it happens. Did a beautiful paint job.Fell short on putting things back together. My bumper is loose and decal looks horrible..Stopped in many times to get it corrected only to get the run around.If using this place don't believe when they say "it's a 5 min fix, stop in next week"

Awesome! My BMW looked brand new when I picked it up. The owner and staff were amazing to work with and my car looked amazing when I picked it up. I could not believe it looked like it was never hit. They kept me informed with all the details from my insurance company and notified me if there were any delays. It is hard to find a good body shop and I am glad I can say I highly recommend this one!

I used to be very nervous about everything that has to do with cars. I went to Casale Assoc. after doing some research on Connecticut body shops and could not have been happier! They were polite, upfront, and did an excellent job. I would recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone!

Unless you're looking for the most incompetent body shop offering the worst repairs that Fairfield County has to offer, then simply avoid this body shop at all costs. This body shop doesn't deserve to be in business. They are a disgrace to the industry, and sadly they are the body shop that does all the work for BMW of Darien. Casale Assoc is a good reason to avoid BMW of Darien as well. Together they are probably the most pathetic dealership/bodyshop duo you'll ever find.
