We make homemade potato chips and hand cut fries daily. All of our food is cooked to order and fresh. Our original flavor combinations and superior food are guaranteed to please. And last but not lease our amazing homemade banana pudding is the perfect ending to what is sure to be an amazing comforting meal. Only one caution: Eating at Blue Cactus is HABIT FORMING.
