Established in 1986, Stone Soup Child Care Programs is one of the leading child care providers in the nation. Located in Norwalk, Calif., the center conducts an array of after school programs, such as homework supervision, field trips, arts and enrichment, to name a few. Additionally, it conducts events, including sports, games, races and outdoor activities, among others. Its Food & Fitness Fun Club provides nutritional values using taste tests of unfamiliar fruits and vegetables, label reading, recipe experiments, visits to supermarkets and field trips to food labs. Stone Soup Child Care Programs serves more than 3,500 children in Los Angeles, Lennox, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, El Monte, King City and Modesto.
