The entire staff is very professional and very friendly. Dr. Clisso always explains what she is doing, and answers any questions her patient might have. I don't dread going to the dentist or to have my teeth cleaned. If I have billing questions there is no problem. The service is always great.

The first time I went, I thought they were great. They were quick and did my xrays in a timely manner. The second time, I was less that impressed. I got my teeth cleaned and it took and hour and a half. They scraped my teeth really hard and when they flossed, they jammed the floss into my gums really hard. On top of that, when they were poking my teeth with that sharp tool, they slipped and gashed open the top of my mouth. My mouth was sore for about 5 days after and it was difficult to eat solid foods. The next time I went back, I was getting a minuscule cavity filled. When they filled it, they didn't grind it back down properly and now my bite is messed up and my back teeth on the left side don't even touch anymore. Added to that, I can barely eat on that side because it hurts so badly. I should have just kept the cavity because I didn't even know I had it and it definitely didn't bother me as much as the filling.
