Saftey well into of one apartment that was broken into parking well if your neighbors are polite its not bad but a lot of the times guests will park in resident spaces and not move their cars for you appreance looks nice enough overall but the lawn is ripped up pretty bad in some spots. inside the fixtures are cheap. carpet is sometimes torn or loose. or framing is rough or chewed up office staff is unprofessional, wont get back with you, nice but dumb, i was talking to a guy who had checked out the property and since he couldn't be on teh lease( he and his room mate made to much collectively so they were just going to put one of them on teh lease) one of the office staff said she couldnt speak to him about any of the leasing information, nice to not meet you! maitnence. untimely, slow, non responsive. im not sure what they did all winter excpet shovel. the plow service is terrible. its spring now and i have seen them around at all condtion of unit well mine was fine but ive seen pi
