I went in for some help on getting a mower started and they offerred no helpful suggestions at all. Eventually I figured it out and turns out it was just a bad plug yet they wanted to charge me a min of 80$/hr just to eventually change the plug I bought for $4? Customer service was horrible and they act like you don't know your A from your elbow. Felt like asking them "do you WANT my business?" because it sure felt like they didn't even want you there...very very unfriendly. I'll never go back again!
