DO NOT RECOMMEND this useless management company. They do not even visit the property that they supposedly manage. The property manager handshakes some very skeptical deals on the side with the vendors that bring extra money that is not accounted for in the balance sheet. The properties are very, very rundown and no one knows where the money has gone.

Terrible Property Management company! They do not even show up on the property, rather, they convince the condo associations to hire a maintenance man to do their job for them. They never do walkthroughs, in fact, they don't even know what a walkthrough is. They do NOT follow up on anything, they just take the check and run. You will never get anything in writing from them, they are prone to fabrication and falsification over action steps. Do not use them, but moreover, don't let them USE YOU!
