We are a union general contracting firm created in 1977 credited with the building and refurbishing of many well-known local structures. Spieker is the company credited with the construction of The University of Toledo Health Science Campus New Orthopedic Center and the New Maumee Fire Station. We also performed the restoration of the Main Library Downtown and the Toledo Art Museum. Spieker has done multiple renovations inside the walls of the Toledo Hospital as well as revitalizing many of the buildings for Toledo Public Schools.Quietly located off three major high ways, Spieker lets its reputation speak for itself and finds that word-of-mouth recommendation allows the company to attract more new businesses.
