Disgusting!! I'm not home normally when they clean, but I would always tend to find hair all over the house after they left. Thinking one of us was just "shedding" I figured it was not big deal. THEN, I watched them one afternoon. I observed the girl wipe my entire living room with the same rag, and not from top to bottom, but from floor to ceiling! Floor dirt moved up to tv stand, to tv remote control! THEN I watched the girl wipe down my toilet and then use the same rag to start wiping down my countertop. SOOOO GROSSSS!!!! Needless to say, I never had them come back.
Another thing, I never knew who was coming to my house, I discovered it was a different person each time, and they all had my house code!
Be careful with this service, your house may look clean, but sanitary, uhhhh nope!!
Cleaning Ninja is the absolute best maid service I have ever used!! Extremely professional, pleasant and reliable. I have had other cleaning services in the past and Cleaning Ninja blows them away. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
