Established in 1960, Andasol Avenue Elementary School offers educational opportunities for more than 525 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as science, social studies, mathematics and language arts. The school offers gifted and talented education programs. It manages a staff of over 25 teachers. Andasol Avenue Elementary School is a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, which serves students through several elementary, middle and high schools. The Los Angeles Unified School District operates a facilities services division that offers financial planning, corporate reporting and database network application support solutions. The Los Angeles Unified School District participates in a variety of community events and programs.
