Northport Bay Boat Yard is Grand Traverse Bay s largest service and storage facility offering professional service and quality maintenance to area boaters for over 35 years. With lift capacity of 77 tons, we offer over 50,000 sq. ft. of inside heated storage, 37,500 sq. ft. of inside unheated storage and outside mast-up storage plus full service for all types of power boats and sailboats from engine repairs to hull painting and fiberglass repairs.

With travel lift capacity up to 77 tons, plus two hydraulic trailers and crane service, we can lift, store and service all sizes and types of power and sail boats. We offer over 50,000 sq. ft. of heated storage where your boat is stored inside a clean, temperature controlled environment, eliminating the need for winterization of engines, generators, air conditioning and water systems. We have over 37,500 sq. ft. of inside, unheated storage space plus mast-up outside storage for sailboats on our 15 acre facility. We also have rack storage and dry land summer storage for boats and trailers.
