It SUCKED !!!!!!!!

IT DOESN'T EVEN RATE 1 STAR.

I go to Washtime every week to wash all of my daughters blankets, linens, and clothe because she has severe health issues and her stuff needs heavy duty cleaning in HOT water. I talk to the owner, Mrs. Kim, and she knows me and my daughter well.

Today, I loaded all the "monster load" washers ($7.75 / load ea) plus the slightly smaller washers right next to the Monsters ($4.75 / load ea). Total was about $30 dollars all at once.

I noticed that only one washer was warm and the others were ice cold. I checked all the settings and had several other customers verify that they were cold. I told the attendant and had her agree that they were set correctly but ice cold. She told me she had to call Mrs. Kim.

I could hear Mrs. Kim yelling through the phone so I asked to speak to her. The attendant nearly threw the phone at me.

After identifying myself as a disabled vet and single dad of a special child, Mrs. Kim recognized who I was. After calmly explaining what had happened she said "oh well, not my problem, go somewhere else." I tried to discuss the issue and she yelled, cussed and hung up on me.

The attendant then called Mrs. Kim on her cell phone and argued with her. During this time, my daughter was trying to talk to the attendant and was told "shut up you little brat!"

I told the attendant not to talk to my daughter and I used their phone to redial Mrs. Kim. I again calmly spoke to her about how her machines were not properly washing my blankets despite me "under filling" them and properly following all directions. I asked that she approve just one load to be re-washed since it was what my daughter needed to sleep with that night. She again yelled at me, cussed at me, told me she didn't care if I was a veteran, didn't care about my kid, and hung up again.

During this time, the attendant charged at me, grabbed my arm and the phone, poked me repeatedly with her finger, yelled at me, and backed me up against a wall. She then called the police and told them that I assaulted her.

Fortunately, several other customers had witnessed the entire incident and verified that I had done nothing wrong. The police officers were very friendly and understanding of my situation. They told Mrs. Kim that I had done nothing wrong and that multiple witnesses corroborated my story. Mrs. Kim insisted that I be trespassed from the property.

I had to haul all of the wet, unclean, unfinished laundry back to my vehicle. I don't have enough money to re-wash and dry everything so I am now trying to handwash and hang dry all of the blankets and clothes in scalding hot water so my daughter can have something to sleep on. I am disgusted at the way Mrs. Kim treated me, dismissed a loyal customer, and disrespected my status as a DAV!
