I have been doing crossfit for 2 years and still do it but I have absolutely fell in love with kickboxing. This place makes you feel at home and gives you a kick butt workout! I love it!

ILKB-Aurora is the best place for a workout. The classes are fun and challenging. The instructors are all nice and great at what they do. The music and motivation is perfect!
