Excellent and quick service.....called Samsung on Wednesday, Tom called me on Thursday, and my tv was fixed at home on Friday! Thought I would have to buy a new tv but he had it up and running within an hour. I would use again.

terrible!! I am still waiting for them to order parts one month later I still have a broken tv and I have called them everyday for a week and they just got back to me with no answer of the status of my parts for my tv !!!@ If you can avoid using this company avoid them!!
