Horrible customer service, delivery guys can't understand simple instructions, no communication within the organization. They don't actually ring doorbells, lie about their "delivery attempts," and either don't leave an InfoNotice slip or leave one that's barely filled out. Can't seem to understand how the Northwestern University mail system runs or train their delivery guys so that they know, despite being the closest UPS location. Our system has run like this for years and there should be no reason why a driver would not know that Northwestern student mail has to go through the mailroom. New drivers should be taught the procedure as part of training. I'm sure an extremely high volume of NU student mail goes through UPS--who knows how many packages they've lost or been too slow to deliver?

If I could give no stars, I would. I called trying to locate a package that should have already been delivered. The man who answered the phone (Spanish or Latino) was extremely rude and said he couldn't help me. I asked for his name, and he hung up on me! I tried calling back and he did not answer the phone. How is a business run like this?? I will continue to make sure he is held accountable - it is totally unacceptable. I've never been treated so poorly!

People who work at the shipping location in Northbrook, IL are extremely helpful. Go above and beyond when compared to other locations. A little Hispanic lady and a young white male always have smiles on their faces as they help us with the computer systems (I do not do well with computers) and giving advice for different options for our shipments....the pickup location is a different story!
