If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE! My mother was supposed to receive a package on Friday and we weren't home so I called to see if they could hold the package so we could pick it up Saturday morning and they said they would make a note on the computer to do so. We get there Saturday and we had to wait about a half hour in line and when we finally get to the front, they said there had been no change in the information on the computer and that it was still in the warehouse with the rest of the packages and that if he wanted it we had to wait another half hour to hour and a half. I told him that we had to go so we'd wait till Monday when it was supposed to be delivered again. Well, it's Monday and I got a text alert saying that no one was home on the second attempt to deliver even though NO ONE came to our door and there was no slip saying they stopped by. I called to see if they could have the driver come back and they said yes and I got a text saying they made the delivery and I had been sitting outside the whole time and no one came and they gave our package to a lady that didn't even live in our building! She happened to be standing outside and the driver I guess asked if she knew who my mom was and she started talking to him and said she was the one who ordered the package and she signed for it and left. We were lucky our neighbor knew who she was but when he went to get the package, it was out of the box it was supposed to be delivered in. Seriously, they need to make sure they deliver packages to the RIGHT people, not just some strangers on the street. We were lucky we could get it back but some people may not have the same luck.
