Terrible experience at this Great Clips. I took my 5 year old daughter with very long hair for a hair Cut. The Asian Lady greeted her without a smile. She was cruel in combing my Daughter's hair, my poor baby was crying quietly since it was hurting her so much. I could not stand it and ended up combing her hair on my own, while this lady was standing and watching me. The Hair cut was very ordinary, although she did cut them shoter than I told her. I had to remind her to brush off the hair stuck on my daughter's dress and neck, Worst of all when I told her to be more gentle and kid friendly, she never apologized and would not stop staring at me. Please DO NOT Go THERE, even if you do save yourself from that lady.
