We have been ordering from Northbridge Hhouse since 1997 and have never been disappointed. Thier Sub's and Pizza's are great.

I am extremely disappointed in the service of this establishment. We ordered a pizza for delivery along with 2 salads and they told us it would be 20 minutes. Exactly and hour later we called and they told us that they only had one driver and the pizza was ready waiting there and they were just waiting for the driver to come back in a few minutes. Ten minutes later we called again and they said the driver just arrived. When we told them that we wanted to cancel the order because we now knew the pizza was going to be cold, they told us that the pizza just came out. We explained to them that we called 10 minutes ago and they told us that the pizza was sitting there. We had to ask for some compensation for the order, they offered to give us half off on the pizza only.... We asked about the whole order and they refused. I am sorry, if they would have told us they only had one driver and we had to wait, we would have been more understanding. I think this is very poor business.
