Our two sons (age 8 and 6) just started training at Team Link in Northampton a few weeks ago. This is their first introduction to Martial Arts. My husband and I as well as both boys are thrilled with Team Link. When I first called, one of the owners spent over 15 minutes with me on the phone answering all my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. Team Link has a convenient location & class schedule, and a clean facility. More importantly, the head trainer and all the assistant trainers have been wonderful with the kids. They are all extremely kind and patient, without coddling them. They set high standards for performance, respect and discipline yet maintain a very fun and encouraging atmosphere. Our sons are already picking up complicated techniques because the instructors are so good at breaking them down. I am equally impressed with how well the more experienced kids in class have automatically adjusted their training techniques when practicing with our sons to help them learn. Team Link clearly fosters good sportsmanship and team spirit. The staff enjoy what they do and strike just the balance we had hoped for.
