They act real sweet, but I have had a lot of trouble with their business practices. Once I bought beer that had a broken bottle in the six pack, but they wouldn't take it back. Another time, I bought an expensive bottle of wine, and they put it in a very cheap paper bag that gave way when I carried the bottle out, and it broke (the bag just opened up in the bottom) on the cement. They would not replace it, saying, "sorry, it is your bottle and I am not responsible, I did not make the bag." Really bad place.
