The Hampshire Regional YMCA is a nonprofit, Christian-based organization that provides a range of social and recreational services and programs for children, families and communities. The organization conducts a variety of yoga, dance and strength training classes. It features the Norwich Family Center, which includes sports courts and playing fields, as well as offers opportunities for canoeing and kayaking. The Hampshire Regional YMCA has indoor cycling facilities that include more than 15 spinning bikes. It offers opportunities for members to participate in a range of sports activities, such as soccer, swimming and basketball. The organization administers several day and gymnastic camps.
