Maybe I am the victim of circumstances out of my control, but, my experience with Vision Associates has been terrible. I have been waiting for my glasses for over a month and there is no end in sight. Normally I would be fine with an extended wait for something but vision associates has continually failed to tell me that my order has been delayed. First it was a week delay. I called after a week and a half they said that they found out it was going to be a two week delay. After two weeks I called and they said it was going to be another two weeks. After those weeks I went into the shop and asked about them and they said they had finally been shipped. Never once were they proactive in telling me that the order was going to be delayed. When I asked if I could get some sort of compensation for the poor service they started arguing amongst themselves. Vision Associates is far from professional.

I tried Vision Associates because of coupon received in the mail. Lucky me! I was tired of storefront opticians who handle several customers at once leaving you lost and neglected. The doctor was top-notch as was all the staff. Optician, Richard, gave me his undivided attention and all the time and assistance I needed in a private setting selecting frames and lenses.. That was really what set Vision Associates apart

Dr. Ringenbach and his staff are always helpful and work together to be certain each patient is happy with their experience at Vision Associates of Northampton. I trust them, and would highly recommend Dr. Ringenbach to family and friends of any age.

Really kind crew, including the doctor. This is a great place to get an eye exam. They have the latest laser do-dad that you may choose instead of those drops that make it impossible to see for hours.
