Provided by YP.comRespect for Others, Self-Control, and Self-Discipline - this is what the instructors teach, and they walk their talk. Instruction is always through positive motivation. They are constantly "catching students being good." And so the students give their best all the time and have fun doing it. I could never have lasted at any other martial arts studio, so I'm incredibly grateful to Ken and all the other instructors for helping me be a more complete person. But the thing that really sets this dojo apart for all others is the family atmosphere. We have about 250 members; however, it is an eclectic community of "relatives." In fact, most of the adults started training because they watched their own children having so much fun. To see how every dojo ought to operate, check out Villari's of North Windham. They are AWESOME!

Provided by YP.comOur entire family trains at this dojo. The positive energy that surrounds this dojo is amazing. This instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Ken and Lisa Caputo, owners of the studio, have created a caring, nourishing, and safe environment. What has made the biggest impression on me is how the martial arts have been presented as a tool to help with all aspects of life, be it work, home life, or school. I am constantly being inspired, not only by the instructors, but by my fellow students.

Provided by YP.comThis place is great. Master Caputo may be the best teacher I have known (and I teach high school). His staff is wonderful as well--knowledgeable, enthusiastic. The dojo has a family atmosphere, with lots of fun little extra activities (birthday parties, movies--way too many to name. The martial arts training is high quality and very safe, and they truly care about the students' personal groth. The owners are very conscious about keeping costs reasonable, too. Lastly, the students range in age from about six years old to sixty. (I started seven years ago at age forty, and training has had a phenomenal impact on my overall health.)
