Dr. Tarka is a really nice doctor and takes the time to explain everything to you, but I don't recommend for bunion surgery. I had it done and now they are back. I have heard from other doctors that they would have done the surgery different and they would have never came back. Now I have crappy insurance so if I were to get the surgery again, it would cost me sooooo much money.
