Our pre-construction services provide a benchmark from which all other services are measured to provide an end product that meets our clients' expectations. These services include program and plan review, allowing us to provide clients with realistic budgets & schedules and serves as the first step in providing exceptional quality throughout the project. Knowing that cost is the number one priority of most clients, our plan review and estimating process allows us to advise them of any construction and/or cost issues that are present or may arise. We monitor current market trends by maintaining up to date communications with our subcontractors, material suppliers and other industry contacts.
