W.B. Homes is a family-owned business that was founded in 1986 by Bill Bonenberger. Bill learned how to build houses from the ground up starting with his education at Williamson Trade School in Media, PA. In the last 25+ years WB has completed more than 60 communities (single family, townhouse, twin & active adult)and nearly 2,000 new homes throughout the Delaware Valley. We have built our reputation on providing the highest level of quality workmanship, offering modern, spacious, functional home designs, building communities is highly desirable locations and ensuring total customer satisfaction. We start with a built-in advantage since many of our trademark amenities are considered upgrades at other communities. We believe you should not have to settle and offer an extensive list of options and upgrades at all of our communities. Our goal is to have the finish product reflect your own individual tastes and desires. Customer Service is our top priority! You will receive a 5 year limited warranty in addition to our pre-settlement inspection punchlist and post-settlement inspection list.
