Brought a couple of watches in to have battery's replaced. I just wound all of them before I got there. They called me to tell me one of my watches knob was missing. First they said don't worry we will have it fixed. A got a call a week or so later and they said sorry, they wont fix it because I brought it in broken. I know it wasn't missing when I brought it there because I wound all the watches to make sure the batteries were dead. I have bought a number of watches and had batteries replace many times. Won't go back there again. Batteries and Bulbs on the corner of North Wales road and 309 are cheaper and trustworthy!!!!!

I wanted to let you know what a very helpful sales person I had helping me on 11/30 at your Montgomery Mall Store. I was looking for a gift for a 95 year old with other specifications. He took the time to pull out many watches to find just the right one. He really should be told by management how valued he is. My regret is I didn't get his name.
