Tempest Tool & Machine, Inc was founded in May of 1979, with four people, we have continued a slow and progressive growth pattern which allowed us to increase our capabilities both in manufacturing expertise as well as volume of business, while still maintaining a solvent and positive financial portfolio. Today we feel confident in our abilities to serve modern industrial requirements in machining, tooling, gaging, data collection, production, design and automation. As per most Tool Room type machine shops, we maintain a sufficient mix of general purpose machining equipment. Nearly all manually operated equipment utilizes Electronic Digital Readout display to assist in positioning accuracies and increase productivity through faster and more efficient set ups and change overs. Where applicable, carbide inserted tooling is used for a more consistent and accurate operation.
