Interesting that most of the reviews were written around the same date? Most of the reviews written were either by his friends or relatives. This should speak for itself. Not very many "real" customers coming forward.

For years we have depended on Connell-Pane Heating and Cooling Inc to take care of our furnace and air conditioner, so when we had a mystery sound in our furnace the week before Christmas, we called. As always, they were at our home that day. As it turned out, it was a very small issue and it was taken care of quickly. They always tell you the truth as to what the issue may be and resolve it in a timely manner. Yesterday, the hot water tank at my 88 year old mothers house died and left a lot of water in her basement. Within 2 hours, Joe and his staff were there installing a new tank, cleaning up and removing the old tank. My mother was very happy and impressed with the professional, caring service that she received. I recently had my 20 plus years furnace replaced by Connell-Pane. I live in a 1950 one story ranch with a very small space to work in when it comes to replacing a furnace. They did a great job completing the work professionally within a day.
