I was a patient with Dr.bennett since the dr. open his doors Dr,Bennett is a vary caring Dr, since he has taken care of me i can walk better before it was hard to walk from the bedroom to the bathroom now because of everything thats happen im having a hard time the office manager doesnt have a care in the world never called me back the little blond that sits up front shes great his one nurse maggie was great this other nurse who worked there last year broke the hippa law she had told my ex-husband all about my medical problems im glad she got fired but even though you were the best Dr. i ever had you left me and alot of other people helpless

I started to give up till I met someone who had a disease like mine and gave me dr bennetts number. I made an appointment. I told him my issues and he knew what to do. I started to feel better. Metobolic disease and mithchondrial disfunctions are rare and many doctors have never even herd of them so when you find a doc who does keep him. With out him my health will fail. the service here is terrible. Expect to wait..wait..wait and then if you're still around don't expect service. Dr. Bennett. you should find an office with a staff that works for you. Try scheduling appointments for 1/2 hour not 15 minutes. Our time is also valuable. I thought your new "system" phone calls would be answered. I left the phone sit on hold for 56 minutes.and was told my call was next to be answered after 10 minutes.

Im not sure what you people are talking about. Ive had only great experiences at Dr Bennetts office. Hes one of the most caring, compassionate, loving doctors Ive ever met in my life. He is an amazing human being. He gives the world to his patients and will stay as long as it takes to resolve the issue. I had to wait over a month long to even see the guy because hes so busy. Good things are worth waiting for right? I allow 2-3 hours time every time I see Dr Bennett just in case. He takes good care and doesnt run the office like a mill. He usually takes 1hr so if I need to be seen sooner, I see the NP. PLAN TO WAIT for DR BENNETT! QUALITY TAKE CARE TAKES TIME! Again most times it's just an hr though Now Im not saying the practice is perfect. Im saying they constantly improve the office. I mean they added a check in kiosk that you saves time. How cool! Yes, Ive had a hard time getting through some days, but they just updated their system again and seems to work great!

Terrible Staff, never calls back. Can't get anything he wants done authorized. Was close to death and he was bad and his office was worse. Wish I had never gone there. My new Dr makes his office truly look as pathetic as it is. River view or not, treating patients right is more important any day. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!

Dr. Bennet is amazing but I have to say the staff is completely awful. No one ever answers the phones and Ive never recieved phone calls back when messages are left. The only way I could get an appointment here was if I actually drove to the office to make it. Front desk was suppose to schedule a referal appointment and 3 months later still no appointment!!

I do not like the office at all, I have been trying to get them to call me back for weeks now over getting a script for my son to get speech therapy. We also had to go to immediate care when we were sick because we cant get an appointment since no one will call us back. I will never go back there.

While Dr. Bennett is wonderful, his staff is completely incompetent. No one EVER calls me back!!! Even when I had a serious question regarding medication being mixed and getting an authorization sent to the pharmacy so I could pick up a RX I was prescribed MONTHS ago. I also had to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half for my appt just to be placed into a room for another half hour for the NP..When I told the girl behind the desk I had to leave shortly and had been waiting for 2 hours, I was given a huge attitude and smart comments as I walked away. And last but not least was given an appt six weeks ago just to be called the day before, after I had taken off of work along with my ride taking off of work to be told they were closed that day and rescheduled me for the next day, as if I didnt have a job. I dont know why anyone would ever go back to this place, I have had nothing but trouble. He really needs to have a serious meeting with this staff and get this place on track

I have been trying to settle a dispute over charges for over four months and finally the insurance company had to call to threaten them to respond. What should have been an easy fix turned in to months of phone calls (never returned) and visits (billing not available). I wish more doctors would realize that their staff is a reflection of them.

I have traveled all over US and been in so many health centers, this one by far is the most extravagant and most comfortable and probably the most expensive of all that I have seen so far.
