Called A Best Roofing and Siding to get have someone come out to my house, look over my roof and quote the job. They took down my name, phone number and information and said they would call me back. Nearly two weeks have past and I never received a call back. Clearly they are either disorganized and lost my information or just do not want any extra business. If the latter, at least a call back to state such would have been nice. Needless to say - the company that took the time to call me back is now working on my roof.

Thomas Arida does not stand by his workmanship. They do not adhere to the promises they put in writing. You would be better off setting a fist full of dollars on fire. You think the 1st contact by phone is a little unconventional wait until you try to resolve a problem. Even a minor one.
