the service department, while pleasant, is commanded by an individual who never sincerely apologizes for the many misgivings of the service dept., as far as the actual repairs are concerned. many service visits have required secondary visits, due to the mistakes, my omission of commission, made during the first visit. this is of course at the expense of time and monies of the customer.there has always been the air of arrogance by the leadership and a demeanor which clearly smacks of indifference as to the satisfaction of the customer.mind you, this is NOT free service, but some serious cash being doled out for services rendered.............
