      Niko has founded several popular restaurants in Northeast Ohio over the last two decades, but Niko’s Bar and Gyros has a special focus—three of Niko’s personal loves: great and simple food, sports, and craft beer. The word “gyro” is used broadly at Niko’s. You’ll find traditional lamb and beef gyros carved right from the spit, plus non-traditional options like the BLT gyro and the blackened salmon gyro. And you’ll find other local favorites from half-pound Angus steak burgers to six varieties of homemade hummus. Niko’s also is a haven for Ohio sports fans. “We buy all the packages from basketball and football to baseball and UFC fights,” says Niko.
