Signed up for AT&T's new bundle with a sales rep Dave that I met at the IX center in Cleveland. Super nice guy and gave me a great deal. I had an issue with a remote so I went to the office in North royalton and they swapped it out.

I had the displeasure of meeting Tiko (a manager). I let him into my home. Worst decision ever. He made promises and didn't keep them. He sold me a bundle that's not even offered in my area. Now I'm stuck in a contract with direct tv and phone and Internet with time warner. I'm now paying more money. Tiko did nothing to rectify the issue. I also called Elite mobility. No answer. I left a message. No return call. Elite before you send your reps out make sure they know their stuff. U verse is not available everywhere. I will also be reporting this to bbb and any others
