I went to this store On December 1st to ship an international package to my nephew for Christmas. I knew I could send it regular mail but since the UPS price was the same I figured why not? What I didn't bargain for was that the person receiving the gift would have to pay a brockerage fee of $50. At NO time was I informed of this. When they asked me "is this a gift?" they could have said the recipient could have to pay but they didn't. To have someone pay for the gift I sent their child is embarrassing and could have easily been avoided with a simple thoughtful business practice.
