I bought a stove from this store. Even with delivery and setup the price was very reasonable. I appreciate all their help and was happy I could check out some of their inventory on their website. Thanks guys...I would buy from you again.

Bought a washer from Synergy Appliance last week. Very happy with it. It was a great price and it works well. I'm really pleased with the fact that it comes with a warranty. For those who don't know, they used to be in Watauga, but they moved to North Richland Hills (7801 Brandi Place). I would recommend them to anyone looking for good appliances on a budget.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator from these folks and after three weeks (conveniently after the warranty expired) it began screwing up. It turns out there was a bad thermostat for the defroster and I had to manually defrost the refrigerator every two weeks to get it to work right. Owner of the business refused to work on the product even after I offered to pay for it telling me that "It was too hard to fix Samsung appliances" basically admitting that they didn't fix it before they sold it. Then offered me a $100 discount if I gave them my fridge towards the purchase of another. This place is very shady, and I don't think they could repair a sundial let alone an appliance.

I was referred to Synergy Appliance by an associate in the appliance department at Home Depot. Yes, HOME DEPOT! I was there shopping for a double door refrigerator (stainless) and realized everything "new" was out of my price range. I mentioned this to the employee and he suggested I go to Synergy Appliance. At first I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished appliance. But I went on their website and I was impressed that a so called "used" appliance store has such a nice website. I went to the store to make sure they really had in stock what was on the website and they certainly did! The store was very nice, clean and organized and the sales associates were knowlegable and friendly. I purchased a barely used stainless refrigerator (came with a warranty) and I'm so happy with it! I'm telling all my friends about Synergy Appliance. I think it says a lot when Home Depot refers customers to another store. That means they know that Synergy Appliance is a great place to buy. A great buy and great customer service! I was throwing away money renting a washer and dryer through my apartment complex when a friend told me about Synergy Appliance. I stopped by their store where I was assisted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They helped me find a "just like new" washer & dryer within my budget.My washer and dryer were delivered and set up within 2 days of my purchase - and they didn't give me an 8 hr delivery span. Synergy Appliance will definitely be my first stop for any appliance needs.

With the economy the way it is, I'm not able to afford a brand new appliance. So when my refrigerator went out on me, my friend referred me to Synergy Appliance. I was very impressed by the professional appearance of the store and the knowledge of the staff. I also trusted that even though the fridge was used, there was a warranty. I purchased my fridge from them in May and I've been extremely happy with it. I am telling all of my friends about this great store.

Avoid at all costs! I did a mistake in buying a used refrigerator from them. Three times, 3 different refrigerators just stopped working. They are the worst used appliance place I have seen and they lie when they say that something has been tested and conditioned, it never is!! Don't even think of going there...none of the appliances they have is trust worthy.

avoid synergy appliance. call someone else who knows what they are doing. Poor customer service and they don't fix the problem.

Synergy appliance came to my house three times to fix my refrigerator. After charging me $230.00 the refrigerator is still not fixed. I quit calling because I didn't want them back in my house. Please do yourself a favor, call someone that knows what they are doing. I would not recommend this company for any service. I gave up and ordered a new one.

I offered to sell a used washer and dryer, the synergy rep said " Yah, I'll give you ten dollars for them" and then hung up the phone on me.
