I had this company come out and clean the carpet in my home and they did a great job. They got out all of the spots and dirt in my carpet and now my house smells fresh and my floors look clean instead of dirty! The tech took his time and pre-spotted before he even started working on my carpet. He was friendly and intent on doing a good job for me and he did. I am very pleased with the results that I got and I even used a coupon. So many times you just don't get good results when you tell a place that you are using their coupon, but I did with these guys. Thanks for the great service. I will be calling you again when I need my carpet cleaned.

The Power Steam Carpet Cleaning techinicians showed up promptly at the appointment time. They were extremely professional and courteous and had no trouble removing the pet stains and associated odor.

Very poor service, left my carpet very wet unlike previous cleaners and yet job was not very clean. Sweet mouth and polite but poor outcome. I wont recommend them

Power Steam Carpet Cleaning did a GREAT job on our old, stained-up carpet and furniture upholstery. Our carpet is not brand new (12 years old) and had a lot of stains. The technician with Power Steam spot-treated the stains and they lifted right out and the carpet looks a lot better! They even repaired an area of carpet that was pulling up by a hallway wall at no extra charge for us, and without me asking! That was cool! And we also have an old all-white sofa, which we like, but it's showing it's age. Power Steam cleaned it right up and it looks great again. We've done business with the folks at Power Steam Carpet Cleaning for years after finding an online coupon for them. They're always on time, fast and efficient, and do the small things that go the extra mile. I'm happy to recommend them!

Power Steam has come out to my house 3 different times for the past couple of years. Each time, they clean my carpets and tile and grout in the kitchen. They have always done an amazing job. I use their online coupons, but always add on some kind of extra service. Once, I needed my couch cleaned and it looked like new. Whatever they use, works. When they leave, I open up all the windows and turn on the ceiling fans and it just refreshes my home. I appreciate all of you at Power Steam!

I called Power Steam Carpet cleaning and was really impressed with the service. They were a little late getting to our house but they called and informed us that they were running late. The Carpet cleaning technician gave me a few tips on how to save money during the cleaning process which cut back on the amount I ended up spending for the cleaning. Usually, the old adage is that you get what you pay for when getting that good of a deal, seeing that it was quite a bit cheaper than their competitors, but with this company, it was the opposite. They really did a fine job on the carpets. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I would have given them an excellent rating if it wasn't for the fact that they were a bit late getting there.

Pretty good experience with them. They only clean open areas (you pay per room if you want furniture moved) but did a pretty thorough job. In terms of price, it's pretty comparable to other cleaning companies but it's hard to tell because all the bells and whistles cost extra. The service was professional and courteous.

The team at Power Steam Carpet Cleaning were terrific! They came in a did an awesome job on on our carpet and upholstery. We have an older white cloth couch and love seat that I didn't think would ever get clean, but the tech from Power Steam got them looking LIKE NEW!!! Now I'm not embarrassed by them anymore.
