I can not find words to express in how awesome Dr Hahn is! For my aches & falls I go to him & the pain just goes away, my hot flashes he has totally managed to get them under control with out medications. All done with accupuncture. I strongly would recommend him.

Doctor was great. Staff was horrible. His staff is his wife. She wanted me to pay almost $300 after my visit, explained that my insurance gets billed and if they don't cover it in full I get a bill for the additional. She wanted to schedule my next appt and I advised I'd call them. She called 30 min later to confirm my appt for Wed. I again said I'd let them know. Got a call Wed reminding me about my appt. Called advised I never set one up, then was advised my bill was $120 that needed to be paid. Contacted my insurance, nothing was ever sent to them from TLC, I did have funds in my HRA to pay the amt and NOT to pay them a dime. The office just wants cash, never submitted an insurance claim, scheduled an appt I didn't make and wouldn't listen to any of my concerns. I will never go back and hope nobody would goto them unless they have NO insurance!! Please BEWARE!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Hahn, especially for accupuncture. In 2006 he helped me when I took a 15 foot fall into an oil pit. Fortunately I had no broken bones only strain to back and neck. The chiropractic adjustments were good, and the accupuncture was awesome. It was my first experience and it did the trick. I would recommend him any day and did not have problems with billing. In fact I am sending my husband to see him this week.

I would not recommend dealing with this office. I cannot say whether he is an adequate doctor or not this having been my only chiropractor experience. I can however say that the office staff of one is slow and full of excuses as to why things are taking so long to process. I paid for my visit up front as I had a deductible to meet at the time, but I had to call several times to get them to submit my claim to insurance so it counted against my deductible. When they finally got around to this months later the insurance showed that I was owed a sizable refund due to the fact that by the time they filed the claim I had met my deductible and now only owed 20%. There have since been several more phone calls trying to get my refund. They claim the insurance company owes them more money but have yet to find the time to call the insurance company to get it taken care of. They have refused to refund me the money. I highly recommend finding an office with more integrity and customer care.
