Do not go to monarch dental my appointment was at 11:00 I get there 15 min early and get signed in then about 40 min later a guy comes in and gets signed in and such then about 30 min later they call him up so I just got up said thank you and left never going back if I could give no stars I would

Will never go there again. First of all the lady at the front desk was very rude. I tried to clarify the charges for future dental work and she was getting impatient with me. I was trying to clarify what I was paying and what I was paying for. She was very brisk and like she was too busy and gave me very short, quick answers. She got very impatient when I asked again. The dentist was like a robot, I felt like I on some factory line, he came in spent maybe 30 seconds looking at my teeth. Told me which ones needed to be pulled, which I already knew and was the reason I went in there. Got up and left and didn't offer to start me on antibiotics, I had to ask the rude lady at the front desk to ask the dentist for the antibiotics knowing they were going to pull a very painful tooth with inflammation around it. Found another dentist that same day who charged much less, was very friendly and helpful and made sure I was on the proper meds for pulling a very painful tooth. Will be going with the other dentist from now on.

The office is not very well kept. There are no curtains or rooms. I was treated in small area along a hallway. The dentist spent two minutes looking at my teeth and told me I had no cavities, when i have two! The front desk gave me wrong information too. I waited more than half an hour in the waiting room, and I wish I would have just walked out. The only good thing I have to say is that their hygienist was very nice and explained things well.

I had the same thing happen to me, but I was given a much higher quote! I also left without treatment and went with another dentist that I would highly recommend in the North Richland Hills area - Thorne Family Dentistry 817-503-8000. I did not inform the dentist of any prior exams. They did all the x-rays, checking gums, cleaning teeth and never once said anything about needing additional treatment. Do not go to Monarch Dental or you will pay the price!

I found the dentist at this location to be kind and friendly. They will listen to anything you need to ask and try to accomodate.
