EMC ExpressCare provides pediatric care and minor emergency services for adults. It offers gynecology, pediatric, cardiorespiratory monitoring, on-site laboratory and X-ray services. The center also provides diagnostic and treatment services for ear, nose and throat ailments. It operates several trauma rooms. Businesses can sign up at no charge for our Employee Care Plan to pay for their employees' injury and illness care. I've been a patient at this location 4 times. Dr. Morris manages to turn every visit into an attempt to shill hormone replacement therapy. On all 3 of my visits, when he was the attending physician, he's mentioned this. During the most recent (Dec. 17), I interrupted his spiel and told him that we had discussed that before and I'm not interested. He turned back to my chart and said, sarcastically, "Okay, so you're not taking anything that will help you." I was there for a migraine this time and have been there for sinus infections, too. He always refers to HRT but says that he's not selling them. He obviously has a vested interest in them or he wouldn't hawk them. Other than his persistence in attempting to make money on the side, I like this Urgent care clinic. I know others who have the same complaint about him. Because of him, I will not return to this location. The rest of the staff needs to be aware that he's driving away patients.
