I needed to get a sofa and a love-seat cleaned so looked around for a discount etc. Found Carpet Service Express (and several other companies) offering Groupons for carpets but not upholstery so contacted 5 companies.

Shane at Carpet Service Express was the only one who offered me a reasonable (and negotiable) rate for upholstery cleaning (and I also had 1 room of carpet cleaned too at a great rate).

I set up an appointment and all went well.

Their arrival was a teeny bit later than scheduled but they contacted me and kept me up to date on the situation (and scheduling appointments is not an exact science for any body whatever the industry!).

Shane, Zach and Wayne were all really nice guys and worked diligently and quickly to clean my 2 furniture items and 1 room of carpet. Results were great, everything came out very clean, refreshed and sanitized with no high pressure up-sell sales tactics either.

Glad to support local business. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others too.

Please respect the reviews givin by real customers. Often times human error or computor error or both will place negitive reviews that aren't the resposibility of business owner.And as for the the business bureau, you need to become a member to receive high grades. An owner/operator who invest blood sweat and tears wouldn't sabotage his own name. it seems that there are malicious people seeking harm to others.
