I would strongly recommend against using this service. They made a horrible mess of an old maple in my neighborhood in Cranston, hacking off all the leaves and branches and leaving a barren, 30' high stump. Not only is the tree an eyesore, it will also eventually rot and fall down or become infested with pests.
