Trips are cancelled with no notification or refund. You will not get your money back. I have trying for a year- no luck.

Wasn't impressed and wouldn't use this travel agent again. The bus was uncomfortable. We were asked to only use the bathroom if it was a necessity.The owner of the agency was on the trip and was not very pleasant to her clientele if they asked her a question. Many of the other travelers were also unhappy .
