Recently on a long road trip from Colorado to Wisconsin, it was late evening on I-80, roughly 10 miles from North Platte, and my pickup truck hit metal debris on the highway - puncturing my front right tire. Thankfully I had just enough air remaining make it to a decent North Platte hotel, where I swapped out the flat for my spare. Before dozing off I Googled reviews for local North Platte tire establishments. The highest rated was Nebraskaland Tire, and so I arrived the next morning at their 7:30 a.m. open. The three guys who ran the place couldn't have been more friendly, more helpful, and more determined to get me quickly back on the road. By 7:55 a.m. I was heading east again on I-80 only $21.50 poorer. Fifteen miles into my morning trip I regretted not leaving the guys a decent tip, and so instead determined to write a favorable review.

I needed a front end alignment and at least 2 new tires after whacking a curb in my Odyssey on a road trip. They sold me the tires (at a price higher than Costco or Les Schwab at home, but they've got to make a living) and put those on pretty quick but wouldn't align it without replacing some parts. The wheel has barely detectable play when in the air. I know it's not optimal, but it's not unsafe either. I've got 230,000 miles on this car, and just want to get home without grinding up another tire. Modern Muffler is just around the corner, and they were sympathetic, but busy at the moment. They suggested Firestone down on 4th. Firestone did a great job, and 6 months later it's still driving great, and I'm still worked up about how much better they treated me.

Highly disappointed with there quality of work! While washing the car today I found a nice big crack in the fairing under the door. Its from where they put the lift jacks to pick the car up to rotate the tires. No one from there told me anything about it so now I have to call them and see what they will do to fix it. Its a 2000 Audi A6 so it will be interesting to see what they are going to do. I don't recommend them now to any one who wants there car fixed without having it damaged and not told about it when they get the car. They wont even check my tire pressure now. I hope this helps any one looking for good quality service.
