The staff at the North Platte location were incompetent, late, and rude. The car itself was fine but I would not rent from this location (or National if I have another option). When renting a car I want to be in and out, with as little stress as possible. My experience was the exact opposite. It took over 40 minutes to get the car (with a reservation and they were not busy) and just as long to return it because they tried to tell me there was damage to the car. The next day the claim was dropped but I'm not sure if that was because they realized that the "chip" in the windshield was so minute that it wasn't worth the hassle or if it was becuase it was made clear to the woman working that I would not be paying for any claims. The car was rented to save on gas, but the headache they caused was by far not worth any money saved. (Also, the staff also covers the Alamo at the North Platte airport, so I wouldn't rent from them either.)
