The location overlooking the harbor is great and is the only saving grace for this dump. The rooms are dirty. The carpets stained. The tile floors make your feet black from dirt. The bathrooms are disgusting. The level of disrepair is really quite astonishing. It's hard to believe that they haven't been shut down by the Florida Dept of Health. But the sheets and towels are clean and the beds aren't too bad. If you can handle some dirt, you will find a nice view over the harbor for the lowest price around. But if you have any worries about cleanliness, do NOT stay here. This is for people who can let the problems slide to save a buck. We paid $60/night for a room overlooking the harbor.
