St. Richard Parish provides communion, confession and Eucharistic adoration services. It operates a rectory office that makes arrangements for weddings. The parish also maintains a pastoral council that is a consultative body to promote the spiritual growth of the parish community. St. Richard Parish handles arrangements for funerals. It operates evangelizing, worshiping, caring and scouting ministries. The parish also maintains a youth ministry that offers a range of services and organizes various events for adults. St. Richard Parish has a library that houses a variety of spiritual books in the area of religious education. It operates St. Richard School, which provides Catholic education for students in kindergarten through grade eight. The school operates parent and drama clubs, as well as offers before- and after-school care programs.
