My son's iPhone 5S wasn't charging. I went to this store and was told the port was bad because he was inserting the charger too hard which damaged the port. She said if we had insurance, it would be $175 for an insurance claim. I went across the street to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) to see if they could repair the phone. A very honest and pleasant young man took the phone to the back of the store, came back 90 seconds later, and said ,"There's nothing wrong with the port. There was just dust inside," which he cleaned out." He charged me nothing for this service. I am extremely disappointed with T-Mobile for trying to rip me off!!!! However, it is nice to know that honest businesses like CPR still exist. Word of advice: Save yourself some time and go directly across the street to CPR for any phone repairs!
