I'll never go back 1. interior windshield always smeared, instead of clear -numerous times 2. seats, radio, AC, etc always has to be adjusted back to original settings - numerous times 3. they took my smart key out of the cup holder to vacuum & "accidently" dropped the keys into the track system of the car wash & suggested that I may have dropped them
