I would like to express my sincere thanks to the Service Department. My 2008 Silverado that I had purchased just 3 weeks prior was overheating and since I was in the area on Saturday, March 3rd, I stopped by your business. This was around 11:00a and the shop closes at 1:00p. It turned out to be a thermostat problem. They went ahead and took me in and had it repaired in less than an hour. I really appreciated the customer service and the quickness taken to resolve my problem and get me back on the road. I don't know who the service manager or the mechanic was, but again, a very hardy thanks for a job well done. I will definitely be back at Russell Chevrolet again for service and/or purchasing another vehicle when the time comes. I didn't buy my truck there but I did buy a 2009 Cobalt and got a great deal. I would recommend Russell Chevrolet to everybody. Kudos!
